Exhibition stands made in Germany · since 1956
Stands that stay
on people’s minds.
Exhibition stands from our own workshop in the heart of Germany: we design, build and install – from compact modular stands to double-decker builds of more than 1,000 m². One team for your trade fairs in Hannover, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich and across Europe.

01 — Services
One team. Every step.
One contact, one workshop, one team: design, production, transport and installation all under one roof. No coordinating several local suppliers – and deadlines you can rely on.
01
Planning & 3D design
Walk through your stand in 3D before a single panel is cut. Visitor flow, sightlines and brand presence can be checked and adjusted before production starts.
02
In-house production
Our own joinery with 5-axis CNC machining and paint shop builds every part in-house. If something is needed shortly before the show, we can deliver quickly.
03
Our own modular system
Wall modules built on our own connector system: fast to assemble, solid on site and reusable for many shows. Your stand grows or shrinks with the space you book.
04
Transport & logistics
From vans to 40-tonne lorries, our own fleet delivers your stand on time for build-up – whether in Hannover, Milan or London.
05
Build-up & dismantling
Our installers set up what their colleagues prepared in the workshop. Well-designed connections keep dismantling quick on the last day of the show.
06
Rental & storage
Rent flooring, kitchens and counters instead of buying – and store your stand with us between shows. Your material stays safe in our warehouses, ready for your next event in Germany or abroad.

03 — Behind the scenes
From plan to stand.
From planning and production to installation in the hall: this is how a Klasmeier stand comes together – here for the OPC Foundation at Hannover Messe 2024.
04 — Sustainability
Exhibition stands, thought through.

Better Stands Gold for dSPACE
At The Battery Show Europe 2025 in Stuttgart, the independent Better Stands assessment rated our stand for dSPACE Gold: every component was reused or recycled – from the system frame, flooring and furniture to the graphics.
Green electricity
Our production runs on electricity from renewable sources.
Built to be reused
Our modular system and components are made for many shows – not for the skip.
No mountains of packaging
Reusable transport packaging keeps waste to a minimum.
Heated by our own offcuts
Our premises are heated with wood offcuts from our own production.
05 — Company
Three generations. One standard.
Otto Klasmeier founded a joinery in Wiedenbrück, Germany, in 1956. Today we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern CNC technology, our own fleet and warehouses for our clients’ exhibition components.

Founded
Otto Klasmeier founds the joinery; his first masterpiece is the door of St Anthony’s Chapel in Lintel.
1995
Second generation
Ulrich Klasmeier takes over the management – and the company moves into CNC technology.
2017
Third generation
Andreas Klasmeier returns to the company and takes on day-to-day responsibility.
2022
New warehouse
An additional warehouse protects the exhibition components we store for our clients.
2025
New sites
The Richard Mangel joinery becomes part of Klasmeier; its premises now house our exhibition stand division.
